In order to embed the video into your classroom webpage or blog via GOOGLE VIDEO:

  1. Go to Google Video
  2. Search for and preview a video
  3. Click on "Share this Video" button in the right column
  4. Click on "Embed HMTL"
  5. Copy and paste the code google gives you into your html page
  6. Upload your html page to your host.
  7. Enjoy sharing relevant videos with your class.

In order to embed the video into your classroom webpage or blog via YOUTUBE

  1. Go to YouTube.com
  2. Create an account or log in.
  3. Search for and preview a video
    • Click on URL text field ( in the right column next to the video) and copy, then paste the URL as a link or bookmark the link in your browser OR
    • Copy the code in the "Embed" text field ( in the right column next to the video) , then paste into your HTML document OR
    • Click on "Blog Video" link below the video and the video will automatically embedded into your blog, after you have set up the "Blog Option". Currently Youtube supports Blogger, BlogSpot, and LiveJournal with more blog platforms on the way.
