PhotoStory is a great program to create electronic stories, using your digital pictures, do basic photo editing (such as red-eye, cropping, etc.), add music or your own voice. One really neat special effect is the "panning and zooming" tool , which lets you zoom in on a still photo and then move across it to another focus or zoom out. The effect makes your still photo appear like a movie.
This program lends itself ideally to digital storytelling, electronic books, book report projects, and lots of other digital photo projects in the classroom.
