DESCRIPTION: |
Students love to see themselves perform. By personalizing a song, they will want to hear and see it over and over again. Finished music video can be placed online to share or burned onto a CD to be handed out to students.
- Students learn to sing a song in the target language.
- Divide class into groups of two to four students
- Give groups time to come up with interpretation of song (dance/gestures/motions/etc.)
- Record each group singing the entire song
- By using movie editing software such as Movie Maker or iMovie clip and rearrange all movie clips into one song.
