Do you have academically diverse students? Do you struggle to meet their learning needs? Technology resources can help! Attend this session to learn how technology can be used to support differentiation of content, process, product, and environment. Leave with ideas for engaging students in work tailored to their individual learning needs.
The presenter is showing examples of presentations she is using in the classroom using the Smartboard to project it to.
- ScreenShade, which you can use to cover information on the screen, ebfore revealing them to students.
- Gallery; Many backgrounds and clipart to choose from.
It is 20 minutes into the session and I am still wondering if the presenters are going to show us some actual examples how STUDENTS are using these smartboards. I wanted to have information on how kids are interacting with the smartboard and NOT how it is a glorified projector and screen. Not happening…
I did meet a teacher from Jacksonville, who was sitting next to me. Her school is just deploying smartboards into the classrooms. She invited me to visit her school and see the smart board in ACTION. Thank you. If you are that nice teacher who was sitting next to me, please contact me and I would love to come to see you. I scooted out before I got your name ![]()
