Have Patience with your Colleagues
One of the new videos that are buzzing around in the blogosphere had me laughing today.
At the same time, it reminded me also of how important it is to be
- patient with your co-workers when introducing them to new technologies.
- patient with them when we have to repeatedly go over the same steps.
- conscious at all times that we can’t assume any previous technology knowledge, technology sensitivity or technology instinct.
- conscious that we cannot make them feel inadequate or inferior, otherwise they will not seek us out to help them explore new territories.
